From Zhou Hong’s book, I learned to recognize students in a timely, honest, and pertinent manner, so that students can grow up in self-confidence and improve their self-confidence. From the book of Teacher Wang Xiaochun, I learned the professional skills that the class teacher should master. I hope that I can improve the skill of the class teacher by practice and move on to the professional class teacher. Therefore, I applied to serve as the head teacher.

Once again, I have participated in the training of the class teacher organized by the Teacher Training Institute, and completed the tasks stipulated in the training. The primary school students have learned a certain amount of psychological experience. Moreover, the three classes are a well-known and difficult class, and class management is difficult. I hope that through my efforts, I can change the face of the students and the appearance of the class.
