I am applying for a counselor for a freshman level 10.

As a freshman counselor, in front of the students is a teacher, a teacher, we must do a good job guiding role and role model. I think that to be a qualified counselor assistant, you should do the following work:

First, cooperate with the teacher in charge of the class to do the orientation work: Before the new students enter the school, I will carefully review their archives, actively understand their characteristics, and feel the overall impression of the class, and strive to have a preliminary impression and understanding for them, so that they can sign up. There is a kind feeling, and it is also conducive to the future work. When you sign up, actively cooperate with the class teacher to give help to the new students. I will actively go into the bedroom, keep abreast of the difficulties encountered by the new students and solve them in time, and properly arrange their accommodations. Use spare time to help them get acquainted with the university campus as quickly as possible so they can adapt to college life faster.

Second, do a good job in enrollment education: 1. Ideologically help new students establish a correct attitude towards learning and attitude towards life.
