Yucheng County Housing Management Bureau:

Shandong Kanshao Real Estate Co., Ltd. and my house demolition administrative ruling case have been accepted by your office. During the period of demolition administrative ruling, we were informed by the demolition entity that the house demolition permit No. 2 of the demolition project was illegal in the issuance basis and procedure. We filed an administrative lawsuit with the Yucheng County People's Court in accordance with the law, and appealed to revoke the demolition permit. The Yucheng County People's Court accepted our complaint on January 7, 2019.

We believe that the legality of the demolition permit is the premise of the administrative decision on house demolition. If the demolition permit is illegal or revoked according to law, it will directly lead to the inability to make an administrative ruling. This administrative ruling needs to be based on the judgment of the Yucheng County People's Court to revoke the demolition permit. We apply for suspension of the ruling in accordance with the provisions of Article 12, Item 2 of the Code of Practice for Administrative Decisions on Urban House Demolition. Hope to allow a reply.
