For more than 30 years, the production team has repeatedly moved, and they have not moved my vegetable garden. With the consent of the last village committee, I built two houses in the vegetable garden, and then built two rooms and one pot house. In 1981, I landed 3 acres of land in the north of the vegetable garden. In the meantime, the two greenhouses totaled 1.3 acres and were planted until 2019.

In 2019, the government acquired land and took back my vegetable garden, wasteland and houses. At the beginning of the land acquisition, the village committee promised that you will be compensated for the same situation as the relocated households. If the village committee studies the compensation, the compensation will be compensated if the homestead is relocated. If it is not compensated, it will not be compensated. We believe that it is true, and we will respond to the call of the higher authorities and demolition in a timely manner. After the demolition of the house, the village committee did not keep its promise, separately compensated the house and then actively encouraged the building. In the meantime, although I have made many representations, the village committee gave reasonable explanations and answers.

In the two houses, the situation is the same, less than 100 meters apart, and the village committee uses two completely different compensation schemes. What is particularly unacceptable is that the same demolition and relocation, the unified national compensation standard, and the quasi-floating up 50% [think true], but not with me; I have opened up the ridge for 30 years, The land acquisition has not been replenished, and the other ruins of the same situation in my case have received high compensation [thousands of true].

Today, I am over 70 years old, I am sick and sick, my house is worn out, I am on the verge of collapse, and there is no safe place to stand. After many petitions, the county leaders asked me to negotiate with the village committee and the leaders of the development zone to find a practical solution to the problem. In accordance with the spirit of the instructions of the county leaders, in line with the principle of respecting reality and solving problems, I would like to solve the problem if I meet the following application:

If the leader can give me another home base and have my place, I would like to build a simple room. If you can't make another home base, apply for the leadership to resettle me to the old homestead in the name of the relocation, and build the house according to the standards of the relocated households. The leader must issue a placement certificate and a house building procedure with me.
