Both parties A and B have agreed to cancel the lease contract in advance after friendly negotiation. The following agreements have been reached:

1. With the agreement of both parties, Party A and Party B, the "House Leasing Contract" signed by the two parties on the date of the year is released in advance due to excessive rent of the house due to Party B's default. As of this date, the rent owed by Party B is.

2. Party B voluntarily withdraws from the leased house before handling the contract, and accounts for all the fees payable by Party A, such as rent, management fee, and utility bill.

After the contract is terminated, when the full amount of Party A owed is paid, it will be retrieved in one day. 4. After Party B returns the house to Party A after the cancellation of the contract, the original water, electricity and fire-fighting equipment shall remain normal. Party B shall not damage the facilities and original decoration, and the damage shall be compensated according to the price.

5. After the contract is terminated, Party B shall pay all the fees payable by Party A. If Party B fails to pay all the arrears within 30 days after the contract is terminated, Party A shall add 5% of the total amount owed each month. The income is late.

6. If Party B fails to complete the check-out procedure within the agreed time limit and causes any losses to Party A, Party A has the right to request compensation from Party B.

7. In view of the cooperative relationship between Party A and Party B, Party A agrees to give Party B no more than days to relocate and clean up after the parties have terminated the contract. If Party B does not leave the market on time, each time one day, Party A shall be required to pay a penalty of RMB.

8. After the signing of this Agreement by both Party A and Party B, the lease relationship between Party A and Party B ends, but does not affect the effectiveness of the settlement and liquidation provisions in the House Leasing Agreement.

9. After Party B has withdrawn the lease, Party A shall not be liable for any losses incurred. Before Party B retires, any losses and operational risks arising from Party B shall be borne by Party B itself.

10. In the event of a dispute arising from the execution of this Agreement, Party A and Party B shall endeavor to resolve the matter through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may submit it to the Beijing Arbitration Commission for arbitration.

XI. This Agreement is made in two copies. Each Party A and Party B shall hold one copy and have the same legal effect.

12. This Agreement shall enter into force after the signature and seal of both parties.
