Computer use system of the National Teacher Office


In order to standardize the use and management of our school's computers, improve work efficiency, and enable computers to better play their role, this system is specially formulated.
1. Keep the computer around dry and do not place the container with water on the table.
2. Students who use the computer without permission may not use it without authorization. The on-board personnel are not allowed to use computers to engage in matters unrelated to their work, and they cannot use computers to play video games, watch online movies, vcd, etc.
3. You must not send e-mails or online chats that are not related to teaching on the computer. You are not free to download programs from the Internet, do not install software at will, and do not arbitrarily delete software. It is strictly forbidden to use the Internet to disseminate obscenity and information that endangers national security.
4. The software used by the system configuration and copy system must not be modified privately;
5. The personnel on board should not disassemble and connect various hardware devices without permission;
6. Do not use floppy disks that have not been checked by viruses;
7. When computer resources are scarce, follow the principle of priority of emergency affairs to solve the problem.
8. Operate the computer in strict accordance with the operating procedures, do not force the keyboard and freely switch the power supply.
9, to work safely shut down and cut off the computer power switch, cover the dust cloth, close the doors and windows before you can leave.
10. The right to interpret this system belongs to the school information center and shall take effect from the date of promulgation.
