In order to achieve resource sharing, brainstorming and improving classroom teaching results, the Zhigang Town Center National Small Group Preparation System proposes the following requirements for collective preparation:
First, the organization form:
1. Collecting lessons in groups for grades, and starting activities after school on Monday afternoon. The content is mainly the study of teaching materials and teaching methods, the determination of knowledge points and the guidance of learning methods.
2. The whole school conducts class preparation in a class, studies the problems existing in the teaching, actively explores new ideas for teaching reform, and exchanges successful teaching experiences in teaching.
3. There are 6 preparation groups in the whole school. The mathematics is divided into 12 classes, 3rd grade, 4th grade, and 6th grade. The English is a large preparation group, the sports one preparation group, and the art one preparation group.
Second, the requirements:
1. Collective preparation of classes should be done in time, place, content and master and reserve personnel.
2. Organizing the group leader to conduct in-depth analysis of the materials provided by the group leader, so that the teacher can accurately grasp the status, difficulty and education value of the textbook, improve the individual's ability to flexibly control the teaching materials, and determine the master and the person. Prepare this unit for initial use.
3. Discuss and revise the preliminary draft of the preparation for the master and the backup in the preparation of the class. This process should truly become a teacher-teaching interactive course. After the masters introduce the design ideas, other teachers can speak freely and affirm the wonderful aspects of the design. At the same time, they can provide reasonable opinions and suggestions for the areas to be improved. Different design options let everyone share the evaluation. The final teaching plan should be achieved: unified teaching objectives, unified teaching priorities, difficulties and key points. A unit evaluation system is required for each discipline this semester.
4. On the basis of the consensus on collective preparation, each teacher combines the actual situation of each class of students and teachers, and makes a personal modification of the lesson plan in the side note of the preparation paper.
5. After the completion of the course teaching, the teacher should write a sense of teaching after teaching practice. The post-teaching sense should be targeted, so that there is something to be said, objectively and practically summarizing the successful experience of the teacher's teaching method and the student's teaching method and the remaining confusion and deficiencies in the teaching process, and suggesting improvements to the future teaching. Suggest. Each preparation group should organize a teacher's teaching reflection and exchange every month, so as to truly share resources, promote each other, and improve together. The school organizes a reflection and exchange of teaching and evaluation on the basis of the recommendation of the preparation group every semester.
6. Teachers should apply the results of the collective preparation of lessons to their own teaching and strive to improve the quality of classroom teaching.

1. Leaders participate in and check the situation of group preparation, and promptly supervise and promote the collective preparation of classes in all disciplines of all grades.
2. The preparation team leader should make a record and submit it to the teaching office at the end of the period.
