6. After the end of the machine, remind the students to shut down according to the prescribed procedures, reset the keyboard, desk and chair, and organize the students to do a good job in the computer room health work. At the same time, check and collect the report on the machine and the registration form on the machine. After all the students leave the machine room, The instructor can leave the post;
7. The instructor should fill in the details of the machine on the machine, otherwise the instructor will be responsible for the problem, the on-machine test situation table and the on-machine report will be handed over to the room manager in time;
8. The instructor should generally not enter the computer room control room and ask to stand and guide the students;
9. When the computer fails, the instructor should report to the computer room manager in time, and fill in the situation on the machine. No one is allowed to disassemble the computer parts and handle the large faults of the computer.
10. If you need to use the disk due to the requirements of the machine, you should contact the computer room management personnel directly and make a decision after negotiation.
