After the machine is finished, fill in the equipment manual according to the actual operation of the computer.

9. Full-time management teachers are not allowed to use disks that have not been checked by viruses. They cannot install any software other than teaching, and cannot format hard disks or install other operating systems. Regularly check the operation status of the equipment room every week, regularly check and kill the virus to ensure the normal use of the equipment.

10. Do not stack flammable materials indoors, use electric heating equipment, etc. to pay attention to safety. Use according to the regulations. Fire-fighting facilities should be inspected regularly and placed in a safe and convenient place. It is found that the fire alarm should immediately close all the electric gates, call 119, evacuate the students, and ensure the personal safety of the students. If the fire is not large, use a small fire extinguisher to save.

11. Computer borrowing or non-office management personnel to activate the equipment of this room must obtain the consent of the school principal to borrow or open the door.

12. The management personnel should conduct a comprehensive inspection after all the people have gone, sort out and inspect the equipment in the room, close the window, lock the door, and finally cut off the main power supply.
