The original copy of the quotation file shall be written or printed without fading, non-destructive ink. 9. The payment shall be 30% of the total amount of the contract within 10 working days after signing the contract with the Luding County Land and Resources Bureau as the down payment. After the project acceptance, Luding County Land and Resources Bureau will submit the procurement contract and the “Quality Acceptance Certificate” to the centralized procurement center of Dingxian County People's Government for review. The procurement center will issue the “Acceptance and Settlement”. The County Finance Bureau Government Procurement Supervision Unit is based on the decision. If the winning bidder fails to pay the performance bond on time or fails, the procurement center will cancel the bid winner's bidding qualification.
After the contract is fulfilled and the experience is accepted, the purchasing unit signs the “Quality Acceptance Certificate”, and the winning bidder returns the performance bond to the purchasing unit with the “Quality Acceptance Certificate” and the wire transfer receipt.
