The 2011 Guangzhou Performing Arts Equipment and Intelligent Sound and Light Products Technology Exhibition, hosted by the Guangdong Performing Arts Equipment Industry Association, will be held from February 28 to March 2, 2019 at the Poly World Trade Expo Center in Pazhou, Guangzhou. In order to expand the influence of participating brands, highlighting the awareness of social responsibility of exhibitors, and merging the interaction between national engineering and exhibiting companies, the organizing committee of this exhibition specially arranged a charity auction.

[Activity method]

One. Auction reserve price: The equipment manufacturer shall determine the starting price and must indicate the end user sales price of the equipment market.

two. The final transaction price of the auction equipment must be the tax-included price of the enterprise, and the enterprise shall issue a full invoice to the Chinese auctioneer.

three. Companies participating in the auction are required to provide auction items and physical photos to the on-site staff of the organizing committee two hours before the auction begins.

four. Called by the organizing committee, the projector on the spot will put a picture of the device at the time of the auction, and the caller will simply state the relevant information of the item.

Fives. After the auction is concluded, both the buyer and the seller sign the item registration form to confirm.

six. Those who participate in the auction must advance the deposit to the organizing committee in advance and obtain the number plate. After obtaining the bidding qualification, they can participate in the auction;

Seven. Participation in the bidder's responsibility: If the contract is broken after the auction, the deposit will not be returned, and the deposit will be handled by the organizing committee as a charity.

Eight. Providing Equipment Corporate Responsibilities: Do not provide equipment or provide bad equipment after the auction, agree to all the reasons for the openness of all the media, and all the written opinions of the bidder.

[Auction activity participation process]

l On January 25th, it will accept the registration of the member companies providing equipment;

l Starting from January 25, the organizing committee will send a newsletter notice to the national exhibitors to inform the auction information in advance;

l Temporarily increase the auction items at the scene, and submit the equipment, equipment name and materials, equipment pictures, low prices and other information to the organizing committee two hours before the start of the event, and fill in the registration form;
