Birth certificate

Generally, if you have a hospital birth certificate, you can do it in your local notary office directly.

1. Handle the birth certificate.

The contents of the "Certificate of Birth" certify the applicant's name, gender, date and place of birth, parent's name, etc. If you are going abroad to apply for a notarization of the birth certificate, you must provide your notary office with your household registration card, resident ID card or other identity card, your original birth certificate, if you were born before liberation or after liberation without a birth certificate. A certificate issued by the workplace or the street office or the township government shall be provided to the notary office to prove in detail the name, gender, date of birth, place of birth, name of the parent and current address. 2. Notarization of academic qualifications, degrees and achievements

All foreign students must provide academic qualifications, degrees and certificates of achievement to relevant foreign institutions and institutions. Different countries or different schools in the same country have different requirements for these three.
