Help mother prepare materials: several parts of eggs, 59 grams of flour, 49 grams of sugar, 69 grams of milk, 6.9 grams of oil, several portions of strawberries, two large bowls and one egg spoon.

Mom asked me to separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. This is really difficult, no matter how many times, an egg will be "sent to the West" by me. After separating the egg whites and egg yolks of the four eggs, the mother added 14 tablespoons of flour to the bowl of the egg yolk, poured some milk and slowly stirred it. When the egg yolk is a little sticky, the mother puts a little more milk, and some oil, stirs quickly until it is fully blended.

Then, my mother started to beat the egg whites. Mother picked up the egg scoop and slammed the egg white quickly. But the speed is not up, my mother's hand did not hold the bowl for a while, and the bowl slammed into me. Fortunately, I caught it agilely, otherwise I will fall into the soup!

After a long hour... My mother and I finally finished the egg white, and now the egg white has become a white, somewhat foamy thing. It is like a child clinging to his mother tightly, sticking to the bowl, even if the bowl is reversed, it will not fall.

Mother put one-third of the egg white in the bowl containing the egg yolk, stir it, and then pour the remaining egg white into the bowl containing the egg yolk. After mixing, put it in the rice cooker and cook.

After 20 minutes, the cake was out. Mother put the strawberries on, and a plate of strawberry cake is ready.

The first time I tasted the cake I made myself, it tasted sweet and delicious, so delicious!
