Reading the "Language" speech

The topic of my speech today is: laugh at life - an interview with Qiu Zhonghui.

Qiu Zhonghui is China's first female world champion. Born in Tengchong County, Yunnan Province on December 22, 1935, he studied at Kunming Women's Middle School and was elected to the Chinese table team as an athlete.

In April 1961, he won the women's singles championship in the 26th World Table Tennis Championships. After retiring, he served as the coach of the Chinese table tennis women's team, the researcher of the National Sports Commission Sports Research Institute, and now the general manager of Qiu Zhonghui Sports Goods Company. He was a member of the Standing Committee of the National Youth Federation, the Executive Committee of the All-China Women's Federation, the representative of the Beijing Municipal People's Congress, the executive director of the World Veteran Sports Association, and the vice chairman of the China Table Tennis Association. He has won the title of National Outstanding Athlete for many times. Co-authored with other books such as "Table Tennis Technology and Analysis of the Game" and "Research on Modern Table Tennis Technology" and won the national award.

As we all know, China has the influence of feudal society for thousands of years. Women are shackled by countless shackles. It is much harder for women to succeed in their careers than men, and the price paid is much greater. So why is Qiu Zhonghui so successful?

Qiu Zhonghui once said: "Women must make a difference. First, we must attach ourselves to ourselves, liberate ourselves, defeat ourselves, and hone ourselves in many ways. We must be self-reliant, self-confident, self-respecting, and self-love. This is a woman's success. The cornerstone of the successful woman's basic elements is summed up in four words, called 'laugh to life', which is both my life creed and my understanding of life."

As a woman, do not pursue the vanity that cannot be achieved, and the things that look good. It is absolutely useless to pursue these. The beauty of a woman is not on the outside, but the inner low connotation, that is, noble morality, excellent quality, and elegant temperament.
