So I stopped sitting in the office all day and sat in the sky, but went to the front of the field and went to the village to work with the villagers. In a month, I became the village official Xiao Wang, which is often mentioned by everyone. I have also found my position since then.

It is clearly remembered that during the election of the two village committees last year, our village carried out elections in strict accordance with the electoral workflow. From registering voters to the voter list to issuing voter cards, from issuing votes in the cold wind to singing tickets on an empty stomach, I dare not sloppy in every detail, but I still have troublesome problems. I still have a big brother with many years of work experience to help me out. At that time, I hated the villager and vowed to ignore him. Big Brother saw my thoughts and told me that I can't avenge the villagers. They are sometimes unintentional. It's just that we have seen less experience and we will adapt to it later. After a while, the villager came back. I was looking for how to deal with it. He just apologized to me and said that I had forgotten that I was a little girl with a thin face. He was such a person, let me not go to my heart. Oh, many simple and simple villagers. Soon the gap between us was resolved. We will say hello every time we meet each other. The so-called "can not see the rainbow without going through the storm"

Growth requires paying, and paying will pay off. Thanks to the villagers who helped me, the two village committees, and the town leaders. I have to work harder to dedicate the 60th birthday of the motherland! Now I have the recognition and trust of the villagers and village committees. I can do a lot of work independently. I am glad that I chose the village official road.
