Below I will report on my recent experience as follows:

We all know that while China developed its economy in the past few years, it also brought about unharmonious factors such as environmental pollution and widening income gap between urban and rural areas. While bringing opportunities, it also ushered in unprecedented challenges. For example, with the profound changes in the socio-economic structure and the imminent changes, the social interest relationship is more complicated, new situations and new problems are emerging one after another. Various kinds of contradictions will be concentrated in some cases, and may even erupt, and even Bring turmoil and uneasiness. Chinese society is experiencing an important and crucial period of transformation. It should be said that the idea of ​​"building a harmonious society" conforms to the public opinion and is also in line with the basic requirements for the healthy development of the social economy. In the process of socialist modernization, higher intellectuals have made tremendous contributions to this. In the process of reform and opening up, people are increasingly feeling the power and role of knowledge. The concept of "science and technology is the primary productive force" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. With the advent of the era of economic globalization, science and technology promote socialist society. The development of productivity and the advancement of the national economy play an irreplaceable role. The development and promotion of science and technology cannot be separated from higher education. How many cross-century high-quality talents have been cultivated in socialist universities, and how many qualified socialist builders and descendants have been cultivated, directly related to whether China's productive forces can develop rapidly, and whether the three socialist civilizations can be healthy and coordinated. Development, can a socialist harmonious society be truly constructed. As a contemporary graduate student who is undergoing higher education, we have an unshirkable historical mission and responsibility for building a socialist harmonious society. Therefore, when we study the "harmonious society" related files, we should not treat it as a simple ideological and political study, but we must put it into action and bring the "harmonious society" thinking to our daily life, study, and work. Among them, for our students in school, to build a harmonious society, we must first build a harmonious campus, a harmonious class, and there is no harmonious surrounding environment. Our study cannot make great progress.

In terms of work, as a party branch secretary of the class, I feel that the responsibility is great: to build a harmonious society, how to strengthen the cohesiveness of the class in the class, strengthen the affinity between the students, and enhance the collective sense of honor of the students. Enhancing the exchanges between students, classmates and class committees, classmates and teachers, has become one of the problems that plague our class committees when entering the graduate school. My class is a special class. There are four students in the professional direction. The difference in class time, location and course has caused difficulties in communication between the students. Many students still only know their own dormitory and the same profession. Classmates, for this reason, we have organized many activities to promote exchanges between students, such as: billiards competition, class birthday, basketball match with the graduate student, etc., which enhanced the cohesiveness of the class and achieved very obvious results, especially The birthday of the class is held in a completely unfettered environment, in a completely entertaining way, so that everyone can abandon the past restraint and change from strange to familiar in a short afternoon, so that it becomes a good thing to talk about. friend. In order to better understand the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee, we organized a series of political studies, including: interaction on the class group, urging everyone to self-study, and organizing class-level learning. Summarized the work of the previous period of time, and identified some active students and party members who were not active. In terms of learning, learning as a student is our top priority. At the graduate level, we must not only learn book knowledge, basic theoretical knowledge, but also learn social knowledge, understand the needs of society and the development trend. Nowadays, in the critical period of China’s socialist development, the key to promoting social harmony depends on science and technology.

The talents needed are innovative talents, and they will only go to the forefront of the times. Scientific and technological progress and innovation must create a good cultural atmosphere for a harmonious society. Building a harmonious culture is an important task in building a harmonious socialist society, and innovation culture is an important part of a harmonious culture. The competition in the new century is extremely fierce and cruel. The competition in the market economy follows the law of "survival of the fittest and survival of the fittest". Therefore, we must establish a correct sense of competition so that we can become domestic and domestic in the future socialist modernization drive. And my own professional direction is power electronics, which is a new subject, so only people with creative thinking can guide the development of this technology. Therefore, it is necessary to participate in some related cutting-edge lectures to understand the latest developments. In addition, we must diligently think and do more, and strive to cultivate our creative thinking.

Building a harmonious socialist society puts forward higher requirements for our growth and talents, and brings us new challenges and opportunities.
