Now history has entered 2019. This year is of special significance to us Chinese because it is the 60th anniversary of the People's Republic. According to the Chinese traditional year, 60 years is a Jiazi, which deserves to be warmly celebrated. However, 2019 is also a difficult year. The global financial crisis triggered by the US subprime mortgage crisis is still spreading. The world economic turmoil has become increasingly obvious to China. The uncertainties facing our economic development have increased. Even turned into a disadvantage. There are indications that we are unusual in 2019, and it is impossible to be relaxed in 2019. We must have enough mental preparations to consider the difficulties more fully, consider the countermeasures more comprehensively, and plan ahead.
