In order to ensure the performance of the annual contract, Party A is willing to use its own property as collateral. After review, Party B agrees to accept Party A’s property mortgage. Party A and Party B shall conclude this contract by consensus on the following terms:

The first property that Party A uses as collateral is:

Article 2 The mortgaged property under this contract is jointly priced at RMB 10,000 and the mortgage rate is %. The actual amount of mortgage is 10,000 yuan.

Article 3 The custody and custody responsibilities of the mortgaged property are as follows:

1. After Party A and Party B are sealed up in the mortgaged property, Party A shall keep it on its own. Party A shall keep it in the mortgaged property. Party A shall properly keep the mortgaged property and shall be responsible for the repair and maintenance during the mortgage period to ensure that it is in good condition and accept Party B's inspection at any time.

2. The mortgaged property shall be handed over to Party B by Party A, and Party B shall collect the custodian fee of the mortgage price by one-off. Party B shall properly keep the mortgaged property and shall not use the mortgaged property.

Article 4 In the mortgaged property, Party A must handle property insurance and pay the insurance policy to Party B for preservation.

Article 5 During the term of this contract, Party A shall not sell or donate the mortgaged property; if Party A relocates, leases, transfers, re-mortes or otherwise transfers the mortgaged property under this contract, Party B shall obtain the written consent of Party B.

Article 6 Risks for accidental damage of mortgaged property:

Article 7 The costs of notarization, insurance, appraisal, registration, transportation and custody under this contract shall be borne by Party A.

Article 8 After the entry into force of this contract, if the terms of the main contract need to be changed, the mortgagor shall agree and a written agreement shall be reached.

Article 9 In the period of validity of this contract, if Party A is divided or merged, the changed organization shall bear or separately assume the obligations under this contract. Party A is declared dissolved or bankrupt, and the mortgaged property is not included in the bankruptcy liquidation scope. Party B has the right to dispose of its mortgage property in advance.

Article 10 When one of the following circumstances occurs, Party B has the right to dispose of the mortgaged property in accordance with the law:

1. The repayment period agreed upon in the main contract has arrived, and the borrower has not repaid the principal and interest of the loan or the period of the extension has not yet repaid the principal and interest of the loan;

2. The borrower dies without the heir performing the contract;

3. The borrower was declared dissolved and bankrupt;

If the proceeds from the mortgaged property are insufficient to repay the principal, interest and expenses of the loan, Party B shall have the right to pursue it separately; if there is more than the repayment of the principal and interest of the loan, Party B shall return it to Party A.

Article 11 Revocation of Mortgage: If the main contract borrower repays the principal and interest of the loan on time, the mortgage right shall be automatically revoked, and Party A's property and property insurance policy kept by Party B shall be returned to Party A.

Article 12 After the entry into force of this contract, neither Party A nor Party B may change or cancel the contract without authorization. When the contract needs to be changed or cancelled, a written agreement shall be reached through mutual agreement. The terms of this contract remain in force until the agreement is reached.

Article 13: Liability for breach of contract:

1. In accordance with the provisions of Article 3, paragraph 1, of this contract, the mortgaged property held by Party A shall be damaged due to improper storage by Party A. Party B shall have the right to request Party A to restore the original state of the mortgaged property or provide the mortgaged property approved by Party B.

2. In accordance with the provisions of Article 3, Item 2 of this contract, the mortgaged property held by Party B is damaged by the improper storage of Party B. Party A has the right to offset the loan that has not been repaid in the main contract with the damaged mortgage property. Retain the remaining price. Or ask Party B to restore the original state of the mortgaged property; or ask Party B to compensate for the losses suffered as a result.

3. If Party A violates Article 5 and disposes of the mortgaged property without authorization, its behavior shall be invalid. Party B may request Party A to return to its original condition, recover the loan under the main contract in advance, and request Party A to pay a penalty of % of the total loan amount.

4. Party A shall provide compensation for the economic losses caused to Party B by concealing the existence, dispute, seizure, seizure or mortgage of the mortgaged property.

5. If either Party A or Party B violates Article 12, it shall pay the other party a penalty for the total amount of the loan under the main contract, and shall compensate the other party for the economic losses suffered as a result.

6. During the term of this contract, Party A may terminate this contract without the consent of the mortgagor, change the terms of the main contract or transfer the rights and obligations under the main contract, and require Party B to return the collateral held by Party B.
