In order to ensure the performance of the _____ year _____ word _____ contract, Party A is willing to use its own property as collateral. After review, Party B agrees to accept Party A’s property mortgage. Party A and Party B shall conclude this contract by consensus on the following terms:
The first property that Party A uses as collateral;
Article 2 The mortgaged property under this contract is jointly priced at RMB _____ million, the mortgage rate is _____%, and the actual mortgage amount is _____ million.
Article 3 Party A shall properly keep the collateral, and shall have the responsibility for repair, maintenance and guarantee of intactness during the mortgage period, and shall accept the inspection by Party B at any time.
Article 4 The _____ in the mortgaged property must be handled by Party A for property insurance, and the insurance policy shall be deposited with Party B.

Article 6 The risk of accidental destruction of mortgaged property.

Article 8 After the entry into force of this contract, if the terms of the contract need to be changed, the mortgagor shall agree and a written agreement shall be reached.
Article 9 During the period of validity of this contract, if Party A is divided or merged, the changed organization shall bear or separately assume the obligations under this contract. Party A is declared to be dissolved or bankrupt, and the mortgaged property shall be disposed of in advance by Party B, and the price shall be paid preferentially.
Article 10 When one of the following circumstances occurs, Party B has the right to dispose of the mortgaged property in accordance with the law.
A. The repayment period agreed upon in the main contract has arrived, and the borrower has not repaid the principal and interest of the loan or the expiration of the extension period and cannot repay the principal and interest of the loan; or
B. The borrower is declared dissolved, bankrupt; or
C. Borrower dies without heirs fulfilling the contract
If the proceeds from the mortgaged property are insufficient to repay the principal, interest and expenses of the loan, Party B shall have the right to pursue it separately; if there is more than the repayment of the principal and interest of the loan, Party B shall return it to Party A.
Article 11 If the borrower of the main contract repays the principal and interest of the loan on time, the mortgage shall be terminated. Mortgage registered

Article 12 After the entry into force of this contract, neither Party A nor Party B may change or cancel the contract without authorization. If it is necessary to change or cancel the contract, a written agreement shall be reached by mutual agreement. The terms of this contract are naturally valid until the agreement is reached.
Article 13: Liability for breach of contract:
Party B has the right to request Party A to restore the original state of the mortgaged property or provide the mortgaged property approved by Party B due to the improper storage of Party A and the damage to the mortgaged property.
If Party A violates the provisions of Article 5 of this contract and disposes of the mortgaged property without authorization, Party B shall, as the case may require Party A to revert to the original condition, and recover the loan under the main contract in advance, and may request Party A to pay a penalty of _____% of the total loan amount.
Party A shall condemn the existence of a total of mortgage property, disputes, seizures, seizures or mortgages, and cause economic losses to Party B.
If either party A or B violates the provisions of Article 12 of this contract, it shall pay the other party a penalty of _____% of the total loan amount under the main contract.
During the term of this contract, Party A may terminate this contract by itself without changing the terms of the main contract or transferring the rights and obligations under the main contract without the consent of the mortgagor.
Article 14: Dispute Resolution:
