National Student Loan Cooperation Agreement

Party A: Bank of China ___________________ Branch

Party B: __________ Provincial Education Bureau

In order to help some of the students in higher education to successfully complete their studies, the two sides signed a national student loan cooperation agreement.

1. Party A is responsible for organizing the national student loan business of higher education institutions within its jurisdiction in accordance with relevant regulations.

2. Party B is responsible for coordinating the relationship between the local finance department, the education department, the bank and the school.

3. Party B is responsible for receiving and reviewing the loan application report submitted by the local higher education institution, approving the loan application amount of each school, and copying it to Party A.

4. Party B shall deposit the interest subsidy for the national student loan of the local higher education institution into the “National Student Loan Discount Interest Account” opened by Party A for the _______ month _______ day, for the interest subsidy of the national student loan.

5. Party A shall provide Party B with the monthly loan balance, interest amount and 50% interest discount amount of the national student loan of the local higher education institution before the _______ day of each quarter.

6. Party B shall be responsible for the transfer of interest subsidy to Party A before the ______ day of each quarter after the audit has been verified.

7. Party A and Party B shall separately count the actual amount of loans and the number of household loans arranged in the current year in this system, and both parties shall jointly verify and confirm.

8. Party A and Party B shall promptly communicate with the state of the national student loan program, the issuance and recovery, the payment of the interest payment, the borrower's use and graduation distribution.

9. Both Party A and Party B shall adopt a negotiated approach to resolve problems arising in the operation of the National Student Loan.

X. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of signing by both parties and shall terminate upon the recovery of all student loans under this Agreement.
