In order to strengthen and standardize the management of official vehicle maintenance fees, ensure driving safety, reduce administrative expenses, overcome various drawbacks caused by decentralized maintenance, improve the use efficiency of financial funds, and reduce operating costs of enterprises. According to the principle of fairness, reasonableness and mutual benefit, according to the contents of the bidding documents, the vehicles that have been repaired by Party A are now entrusted to Party B as the supplier of the replacement tires, and Party C is the dismantling party, and the agreement is as follows:
1. The agreement fulfillment period agreement is tentatively scheduled for one year from the date of _________ years ______________________ to _________ years _________ months_________.
Second, Party A promises
1. Party A shall entrust Party B to replace the tires for the replacement of official vehicles and vehicles, and Party C shall disassemble them.
2. Official car tires must be replaced by normal driving wear, and should be replaced by the repairing unit. With the consent of the fixed-point repairing manufacturer, the relevant intermediary appraisal certificate should be attached, and then the financial department’s marketing department will confirm the approved tire brand according to the bidding notice and replace it. The subsidy fee can be calculated separately according to the contents of the tender.
3. Party A's vehicle users shall replace the tires on the C side with the driver's tire replacement application form issued by the unit.
4. Party A will settle the payment form with Party B in accordance with the application form for the effective car tire replacement submitted to Party B.
5. Party A promises Party B the sole supplier of tires for a single brand determined by its bidding. Its supply brand is: _________.
6. The tire supply price is: the bid price of the tender bid is approved, and the tire quotation should be deducted from the installation balance cost _________ yuan / article to Party C as the installation balance fee.
Third, Party B promises
1. Party B shall provide the permit certificate for the operation of the tires in accordance with the requirements of the tender, and shall implement three guarantees for the tires sold to Party A. If quality problems occur, Party B shall provide technical services or replace new tires free of charge.
2. The new tires supplied are guaranteed to be original pure tires, and the counterfeit and shoddy tires are eliminated.
3. Ensure that the tire inventory is sufficient and ready for supply. Do not provide tires in time, as appropriate.
4. Party B shall settle the cost of dismantling and disassembling the tires within five days after receiving the payment from Party A.
Fourth, Party C commitment
1. Party A entrusts the vehicle to apply for the replacement of the automobile tire replacement form, and the replacement tire must be replaced in the C-party repair shop. It is not allowed to be replaced in the service sales department. If there is a breach of contract, it will be verified and continuously violated. Three times, Party A deducted all installation costs incurred beforehand.
2. Guarantee 24 hours service, regardless of on, off work, holidays, at any time someone is on duty to replace;
3. Establish a user bicycle to replace the tire manual and microcomputer files, the user can check the replacement tire record at any time; and provide Party A with the regular correction of the vehicle update tires;
4. With the replacement tire application form issued by Party A, Party B will receive new tires.
5. Responsible for the acceptance of the appearance, brand, tire number and model of the new tires supplied by Party B. After the acceptance of the goods, the tires are responsible for the problems.
5. Matters not covered in this Agreement may be implemented in accordance with the contents of the tenders or otherwise agreed by the parties at that time.
6. This Agreement shall be made in triplicate, and each of Party A, Party B and Party C shall hold one copy. This Agreement shall become effective after it has been signed and sealed by both parties.
