Mode of operation:

1. Party B is responsible for the management of the canteen, including the collocation and production of dishes in the canteen, and the environmental hygiene and service of the dining environment.

Third, the rights and obligations of both parties:

A Party A's rights and obligations:

1. Party A shall supervise Party B's food, side dishes, nutritional mix, service level and sanitation, and shall have the right to request Party B to make timely corrections.

2. Party A shall coordinate with Party B to maintain order in the canteen and strengthen the education of employees.

3. Provide restaurant service facilities. The relevant equipment shall be used after being registered and signed and then handed over to Party B for signing.

4. Party A's catering staff should consciously maintain public health, and should not fall on the ground and on the table. The catering staff should consciously pour the residue into the bucket.

5. Party A does not regularly check the purchase price of raw materials purchased by Party B for food or canteen.

B Party B's rights and obligations:

1. Party B must abide by national and local environmental and sanitary standards. It is strictly forbidden to supply rotten and degraded foods to keep the dishes fresh and hygienic.

2. Party B must supply Party A with meals on time, so that it is fresh and delicious, refurbished and nutritionally matched.

3. Strictly supply the staff with delicious meals in accordance with the requirements set by Party A and a food standard to ensure that all purchased vegetables, poultry, meat, and oil are fresh and meet national health standards.

4. Party B shall regularly disinfect the canteen in addition to the four harmful "mosquito, mouse, cockroach, fly" and so on.

5. Party B's on-site staff must have a health certificate and a uniform garment hat, mask, disposable gloves during work, and the clothes should be kept clean and tidy.

6. Party B must strictly operate the procedures and properly use and protect Party A's kitchen equipment. If there is normal damage, Party B shall promptly report to Party A for repair, and Party B shall be responsible for any incidents such as misuse of meals caused by failure to report in time.

7. Save water, electricity and gas to eliminate waste.

8. Party B must send personnel to comply with Party A's rules and regulations.

9. Party B shall be responsible for the salary of the restaurant personnel and all welfare benefits.

Fourth, the settlement method:

Party B shall collect the meal coupon, swipe the card or return the meal as the settlement voucher, and the monthly date shall be the settlement date of both parties; Party A shall pay in cash on time.

V. Liability for breach of contract:

Party B shall cause the adverse reaction of Party A due to the provision of unclean food by Party B. After the appraisal by relevant departments, Party B shall bear the corresponding economic and legal liabilities arising therefrom.

6. Contract changes and cancellations:

Subject to the agreement of both parties, the relevant provisions of this contract may be changed. If one party requests to terminate the contract, it must notify the other party in writing one month in advance.

Seven, dispute resolution:

If the contract is not completed, the two parties shall settle the matter through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the lawsuit may be brought to the court of the court, and the contract shall take effect from the date of signing this contract.
