Article 5 Party B's rights and obligations

1. It must be operated legally and take the initiative to accept the management, inspection, supervision and punishment of the relevant government departments and Party A. Party B shall take care of all matters concerning the aftermath of the punishment.

2. Responsible for the maintenance, maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities in the restaurant during the operation process, and ensure that all assets of the restaurant are intact and not lost at the end of the contract period. Article 6 Liability for breach of contract

1. During the validity period of the contract, if there is no irresistible factor, neither party nor Party B shall terminate the contract. 2. Article 8 Termination of the contract

Article 9 Supplementary and Altering This contract may be modified or supplemented in writing according to the opinions of the parties, and the supplementary contract thus formed shall have the same legal effect as the contract.

Article 10 Force Majeure Any party that fails to perform this contract in whole or in part due to force majeure or delays in the performance of this contract shall notify the other party in writing of the event within three days from the date of the event of force majeure, and from the date of the event.
