Party B is now negotiating with Party A to contract and operate the branch established by Party A in ___________. Party A agrees to accept this. In order to clarify the relationship between A, the two parties' responsibilities, rights and interests, the rights and interests of both parties A and B are guaranteed. To this end, the terms of this contract are specifically formulated as follows:

1. Party B's natural contractors shall operate the branch established by Party A in _________, and carry out various tasks under the leadership of Party A. Party B shall abide by the national laws and regulations and various policy provisions during the operation period.

2. Party B's all funds in the contracted operation ____________ branch are self-raised by Party B. All equipment, furniture and all property purchased by Party B in the branch are owned by Party B.

3. Party B has the independent operation autonomy, but may not violate the provisions of this contract, and may not carry out various business activities beyond the scope of authorization of the business administration department and Party A.

4. Party B has the right to hire someone, but Party B must strictly abide by the relevant provisions of the Labor Law. When signing the labor contract with the employee, it must be signed and sealed by the method person. Party B should be valid before the expiration of this contract with Party A. Properly handle the problem of employee diversion, otherwise Party B will bear full responsibility for the adverse consequences.

5. Party B's finances are non-independent accounting units. The full-time accountant who must be recognized by Party A and holds the employment certificate shall be the accounting position of the branch, and the accountant shall be led by Party A. Party B shall not violate the tax laws and accounting laws during the operation period, and may impose illegal accounting and virtual invoicing. Party B shall bear full responsibility for the losses caused thereby and shall hand it over to Party A for a financial analysis report. When the accountant is hired or dismissed, the relevant procedures shall be completed with the consent of Party A.

6. Each business carried out by Party B must be related to Party A's business. Each business must have a relationship with Party A. It must not have a contract with Party A that has the same business. After the establishment of the branch, Party A It does not directly have a sales relationship with customers in the branch office area, but only helps the branch to solve technical problems and hand over the customer to the branch office. The contract signed by the branch company is valid only after Party B signs it. Each contract must be reported to Party A for filing.
