Article 5 Obligations of Party B
1. Party B must keep the collar clean and prevent disease transmission. The medical expenses for livestock sickness shall be borne by Party B.
2. Livestock raised and grazing by Party B shall not damage forests, trees or crops.
3. Party B must love the fence. When the contract expires, the fences, feed fields, pastures, tools, etc. provided by Party A must be returned to Party A. The manure in the rim is __% to Party A and __% to Party B.
4. The production animals raised by Party B shall not be loaned or rented to others for use. Without the consent of Party A, Party B shall not subcontract the animals to others for breeding.
Article 6 Party A’s liability for breach of contract
1. If Party A fails to provide fences, pastures, feed plots and tools to Party B on time and in accordance with the amount, Party A shall pay Party B the liquidated damages __ yuan, so that Party B cannot carry out normal breeding, Party B may propose to terminate the contract.
2. If Party A fails to provide the forage and commodity grain to Party B according to the variety, quantity and time specified in the contract, Party A shall reimburse Party B for the liquidated damages of the value of the forage and commodity grain __%. If Party B causes losses, Party B shall also compensate Party B for the losses.
3. If Party A fails to timely allocate the loans and materials issued by the State to Party B, it shall pay Party B a liquidated damages according to its value __%; if Party A intercepts the state to reward Party B's grain, fertilizer and other indicators, it shall be __% of its value. Article 7 Party B's liability for breach of contract
1. If Party B fails to complete the tasks for the state and the collective according to the time, specifications and quantity stipulated in the contract, each time the one-day period is overdue, Party A shall pay the liquidated damages to Party A according to its value. If the contracting task has not been fulfilled for more than __ days, Party A may, in addition to requesting the relevant department to deal with it, may also propose to terminate the contract and recover the livestock and re-issue it to others.
2. 3. If Party B arbitrarily lends and leases the production animals contracted to others for use, it shall pay Party A a liquidated damages __ yuan for each day of lending or leasing a production animal.
Article 8 Force Majeure
In the event of a natural disaster caused by force majeure, the loss of livestock contracted by Party B shall be reduced or exempted from Party B’s obligations to the State and the collective according to the actual situation of the loss.
