Fourth, Party B’s obligations
1. Party B must keep the collar clean and prevent disease transmission. The medical expenses for livestock sickness shall be borne by Party B.
2. Livestock raised and grazing by Party B shall not damage forests, trees or crops.
3. Party B must love the fence. When the contract expires, the fences, feed fields, pastures, tools, etc. provided by Party A must be returned to Party A. The ________% of the manure in the rim is classified as Party A, and ________% is returned to Party B.
4. The production animals raised by Party B shall not be loaned or rented to others for use. Without the consent of Party A, Party B shall not subcontract the animals to others for breeding.
V. Party A’s liability for breach of contract
1. If Party A fails to provide fences, pastures, feed plots and tools to Party B on time and in accordance with the amount, Party A shall pay Party B a liquidated damages of ______ yuan, so that Party B cannot carry out normal breeding, Party B may propose to terminate the contract.
2. 3. 6. Party B’s liability for breach of contract
1. If Party B fails to complete the tasks for the state and the collective according to the time, specifications and quantity stipulated in the contract, every time the one day is overdue, Party A shall pay Party A the liquidated damages according to its value of ________%. If the contracting task has not been fulfilled for more than ________ days, Party A may request the relevant department to deal with it, and may also propose to terminate the contract and recover the livestock and re-issue it to others.

Seven, force majeure
In the event of a natural disaster caused by force majeure, the loss of livestock contracted by Party B shall be reduced or exempted from Party B’s obligations to the State and the collective according to the actual situation of the loss.
