For mutual compliance.
First, contracting location and area
Party A will be located in the _______________ fish pond _________ mu, contracted to Party B to raise fish, the ownership of the fish pond belongs to Party A, and Party B only has the right to manage the right to use and the contract, but is not allowed to sell, rent or transfer. Fourth, Party A’s rights and obligations

V. Party B’s rights and obligations
1. In addition to the situation of force majeure, Party B must fulfill the obligations stipulated in the contract within the time specified in the contract to complete the task of the country to purchase commercial fish.
2. Party B's cost of raising fish, newly releasing fry, and taking care of fish ponds shall be borne by Party B.
3. When Party B catches fish, it is strictly forbidden to use dangerous methods such as electric fish, poisonous fish and fried fish.
4. After Party B catches fish every year, it should give priority to the contracting task.
5. Upon expiration of the contract period, Party B shall promptly return Party A to provide the fish house and tools used by Party B. If there is any damage or loss, Party B shall be responsible for repair or compensation.
6. Upon expiration of the contract period, the fish and fish stocks of the _______ specification are not available in the fish pond, and Party B shall hand it over to Party A without compensation.
7. Party B has the right to manage fish independently, and Party A shall not interfere. After Party B fulfills its obligations as stipulated in the contract, the excess will be returned to Party B.

Sixth, Party A’s liability for breach of contract
