The first section of the partnership between Party A and Party B is agreed by Party A and Party B to withdraw from the partnership on the date of xxxx, x, and x, and the separation from the partnership is true.

Article 2 After the withdrawal of Party A, the xx line shall be jointly owned by Party B from the date of xxxx year x, and continue to operate the credit and debts and taxable donations generated by the bank, and all matters related to its operation shall be returned. Party B is responsible for nothing to do with Party A.

Article 3 All the creditor's rights and debts in the partnership, and the equipment in parallel shall be borne and burdened by Party B.

Article 4 The settlement of the income and expenditure of the partnership up to xxx of xxx will be completed by both parties, and both parties shall confirm that there is no mutual debt between the two parties on the partnership settlement, and neither party may make any claim in the future. Article 5 During the partnership period, all taxes and any public school duties payable shall be paid by Party A.

Article 6 All the stocks of the stocks on the date of withdrawal are converted into cash, and RMB xx is deducted from the rents payable and all other expenses are paid. Article 7 During the period when the original partnership uses the store-house partnership, it is leased to the landlord in the name of Party A. Since the appointment was established, both parties will be obliged to change the name of the lessee to the landlord.
