Party A and Party B signed the power supply contract in the _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

1. Because the _________ city ______ district is now only _________ kV industrial line, the line is running at full capacity, the voltage quality is not good, and the power supply load cannot be increased. Party A _________ kV substation is now running at light load. In order to solve the production power consumption of the users in the _________ area, the two parties negotiated the new load to be powered by Party A.

2. Party A _________ kV substation _________ kVA main transformer due to internal discharge sound, suspended operation and maintenance, replaced with _________ kVA main transformer into operation. Party B agrees to retain the _________ kVA power contract capacity and will not re-apply for capacity expansion when investing.

3. Party A agrees to temporarily take Party B's power load with a total of _________ kilowatts _________ amps, to master its power consumption, and to be responsible for the safe operation of power supply and equipment.
