Article 10 The signatory parties shall strictly abide by the terms of this contract. In the course of project implementation, if Party B is found to be in breach of this contract and relevant regulations, Party A has the right to cancel or suspend the contract. After revoking or suspending the contract, Party B shall conduct project liquidation and return Party A's support for the remaining funds to Party A. At the same time, Party A will no longer accept Party B's project application within the next three years. If Party B fails to implement the matching funds on time and according to the amount, Party A has the right to stop the payment of the follow-up funds of Party B.
Article 11 Depending on the specific circumstances of the project, additional terms negotiated by both parties will be part of this contract.
Article 12 If a dispute arises between the two parties, it shall be settled through consultation. If the negotiation fails, either party may bring an arbitration to the _________ Arbitration Commission.
