V. Party B’s rights and obligations

2. Party B has the responsibility to strengthen political and ideological education for employees, promote the building of spiritual civilization, strengthen education and measures for production safety, and prevent and reduce industrial accidents. Party B's production and business activities shall not violate the party's policies and national laws. In the event of a work-related accident during the contract period, Party B shall handle it in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State.
3. Party B shall pay taxes to the state on time. Party B is responsible for the creditor's rights and liabilities formed during the contract period. Party B shall implement democratic financial management, and the financial accounts shall be open and subject to supervision and inspection by the employees and Party A.
4. Party B has the right to self-management of production, supply and sales. It has the right to recruit technicians and employees on its own. It has the right to determine the wages of employees based on their production skills, work efficiency, physical conditions, labor attitude, and implementation of discipline. , adjustment work and dismissal of employees, have the right to decide the appointment and dismissal of workshops and group cadres.
Sixth, Party A’s liability for breach of contract
1. If Party A fails to provide production, living houses, machinery and equipment, production sites and tools to Party B on time and in quantity, and delays one day, Party B shall pay Party B a penalty of ________% of the price of the goods owed, Party B And may not pay the amount that should be paid to Party A during the period.
