Forestry contract

In order to develop forestry production, cultivate and rationally use forest resources, accelerate land greening, develop forest water storage and soil conservation, regulate climate, improve the environment and provide forest products, according to the relevant provisions of the Forest Law and the Central Committee, No.1 The spirit of the archives is fully negotiated by both parties, and this contract is concluded so that both parties can abide by them.
First, contracted content, area and location

Fourth, planting density, harvesting and taxation
1. During the contract period, Party B must ensure that no less than ____ plants are planted per mu within the scope of contracted forest land, and the seedlings are prepared by Party B.
2. During the contract period, both parties shall not arbitrarily harvest trees. If one party needs to harvest, it shall be submitted by the relevant competent authorities in both directions. After the approval of the logging permit, the harvesting shall be carried out according to the approved harvesting method. For the vacant land after harvesting, the principle of who will harvest the seed will be implemented, and the harvester will complete the new afforestation in the year of harvest or the following year. The area and number of reforestation must be greater than the area and number of trees harvested, and the package should be packaged. If Party A entrusts the tree to be replanted by Party B to replant the seed, Party B shall pay Party B the labor fee, which shall be agreed by both parties.
3. Whoever is responsible for the harvesting tax, the taxpayer shall pay the taxation department within the time specified by the state.
V. Obligations of both parties
1. During the contract period, Party B is responsible for the management and protection of forest trees. Party B should do "three haves", that is, there are special guards for forests, housing shelters, and forest protection equipment.
2. Party B shall not use fire in the wilderness of the woodland, and may not allow or permit others to deforest, quarry, sand, mine and other deforestation in the contracted forest land.
3. Party B must do a good job in forest protection and fire prevention to eliminate fire hazards. In the event of a fire, Party B shall promptly report to Party A in addition to actively taking fire-fighting measures.
4. The superiors shall issue support funds, materials or loans for afforestation and forestation, and Party A shall allocate them to Party B in a timely and reasonable manner.
5. During the contract period, the cost of controlling insects in forests shall be _____% undertaken by Party A and _______% by Party B.
Six, reward and punishment
1. During the contract period, if the forest is stolen, Party B has not found or arrested the pirate, and one of them has been stolen, and Party B shall compensate Party A for ______ yuan. If Party B discovers or seizes the pirate, it shall be handed over to Party A for treatment. According to the stolen trees, the pirate shall be fined ______ times, and the fine shall be awarded to Party B. The stolen trees shall be owned by Party A. 2. If Party A deducts the funds, materials and loans for afforestation and forestation, it shall, in addition to the amount, pay Party B a penalty of _______% of its value.
3. If the fire is caused by Party B's responsibility, the amount of compensation payable shall be determined according to the size of Party B's responsibility for burning the trees.
Seven, force majeure
In the event of a natural disaster caused by force majeure, the loss of forest trees in the forest land contracted by Party B shall not be responsible for the loss of part of the forest after the investigation confirms.

This contract shall take effect from the date of contracting until the expiration of the contract period. If the two parties are willing to continue to contract after the expiration of the contract period, they should re-contract. During the contract period, if the contracted household owner dies, his family members have contractual inheritance rights.
This contract is not changed due to changes in the representative of Party A. During the execution of the contract, neither party may change or cancel the contract without authorization; if there are any unfinished matters in the execution of the contract, Party A and Party B shall jointly negotiate and make supplementary provisions. Supplementary provisions have the same effect as this contract.
