Forest protection management contract
Enter into the contract:
Entrusted unit: __ County __ State-owned forest farm, hereinafter referred to as Party A;
Forest protection unit: __ county __ township __ village __ villagers, hereinafter referred to as Party B.
In order to protect forestry resources, reduce forest fires, prevent illegal logging, and promote fast-growing and high-yield forests, the forestry contract has been concluded for mutual compliance.
The first forest area and orientation

Article 2 Term of Contract

Article 3: Remuneration and income distribution

Article 4 Party A’s obligations
1. The forest protection area that Party A handed over to Party B must be clear to the public. There is no dispute over ownership in the forest.
2. Party A must send technical personnel to provide technical guidance to Party B in due course.
3. Party A must pay the forestry fee to Party B within __ days after Party A has cut down the timber.
Article 5 Obligation of Party B
1. Protect mountain forest resources from damage. In the forest protection area, crops are not allowed to be planted, and quarrying, sand mining and burial of graves are not allowed. It is strictly forbidden to scuttle trees and prevent forest fires.
2. Party B must obey the guidance of Party A's forest protection, replanting, thinning, pruning, fertilizing, pest control, and opening fire prevention ditch roads, closing hillsides for afforestation and artificial promotion according to Party A's requirements.
3. Within __ days from the effective date of this contract, Party B shall select a villager with a strong sense of responsibility, good health and a certain prestige among the people to form a forest protection team and establish a forest protection convention. I also often educate my villagers on how to abide by the law and protect the mountains and forests.
Article 6 Liability for breach of contract
1. For example, if the forest is stolen in the forest area, Party B has not captured the stolen forest. In addition to the replanting of the original site, Party B has been smashed into a timber, calculated according to its root diameter, and penalized Party B for __ times the national timber price. Compensation shall be paid to Party A; the young and middle-aged forest trees shall be stolen by one person, and the penalty party shall compensate Party A for __ yuan.
2. Due to the fire caused by Party B's negligence, Party B shall, in addition to replanting in situ, burn the number of wood, Party B shall compensate Party A according to the national timber price; burn the number of young and middle-aged trees, and Party B shall compensate Party A in addition to immediate replanting. __yuan.

If there are any unfinished matters in the execution of the contract, the two parties shall jointly negotiate and make additional provisions. Supplementary provisions have the same effect as this contract.
