Article 5 Organization of Joint Ventures

6. The associate members have the autonomy to withdraw from the head office. However, the economic contracts and agreements signed prior to the withdrawal shall continue to be performed until the completion of the contract or agreement or the termination of the agreement by both parties.

7. Any enterprise or institution that is involved in the production, research, supply, and sales of the head office business, recognizes the agreement and articles of association of the head office, and voluntarily joins the head office, and can apply for it and become a joint member upon approval by the board of directors of the head office.

8. The withdrawal of affiliates or the joining of new members into the joint venture does not affect the existence of the head office.

9. Joint members have the autonomy to conduct other economic activities independently.

Article 7 Liability for breach of contract

1.
