2. VI. Default

1. 2. 3. Both Party A and Party B shall promptly resolve the problems arising during the implementation of this contract. The losses and expenses caused by the delay shall be borne by the responsible party, including all expenses incurred by the creditor to realize the creditor's rights.

4. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation between the parties. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to the _________ Arbitration Commission for arbitration in _________ in accordance with its current arbitration rules. Seven, force majeure

2. This Agreement shall become effective on the date of signature and seal of the authorized representatives of both parties.

3. If there are any unfinished matters in the agreement, both parties shall jointly negotiate and make a supplementary agreement. The supplementary agreement shall have the same legal effect as this contract.
