Technical expert employment agreement

In order to further standardize the construction and management of the technical expert team and strengthen the cooperation between the company and the technical experts, the two sides reached a consensus and signed a cooperation agreement to jointly abide by the terms listed in the agreement.

_________ hired Mr. _________/Ms. as a technical expert of Party A.

This Agreement is valid for _________ years from the date of signature by both parties.

1. Party A promises:

1. According to the review needs, technical experts are invited to carry out audit professional consultation, professional technical seminars, lectures and other activities, and grants/remuneration according to the relevant regulations of the company.

2. Provide or convey to Party B information about the certification activities of the higher authorities and Party A

3. When Party A invites Party B to participate in the audit or related organization activities, Party A shall issue _________ yuan insurance fee on each audit day, and Party B shall handle the insurance by itself.

Anyone who has participated in the audit of Party A, accidental casualties and all other accidents shall be executed in accordance with the insurance clauses insured by Party B. Party A shall not bear any responsibility; if Party B fails to apply for insurance, all responsibility shall be borne by Party B, and Party A shall not bear Any responsibility.

2. Party B promises:

1. Comply with the regulations of Party A's relevant management procedures.

2. Party A can generally guarantee participation when arranging audit activities. If there is no special situation and the second time can not perform audit tasks according to the task book, it is deemed unwilling to participate in Party A's audit activities and no longer arranges audit tasks.

3. I agree to execute in accordance with Article 3 of the first item of the Agreement when an accident occurs during the audit.

4. Party A's operation, management and audit information and customer information are confidential to Party A and may not be disclosed to third parties without the written permission of Party A.
