In accordance with the principle of mutual benefit, both parties have reached the following agreement on hotel room reservation business:

First, the price system

In order to make Party A's sales price always equal to or lower than Party B's current preferential price, Party B shall notify Party A in advance when the store price is lowered or the preferential price is introduced, and the contract price shall be lowered accordingly according to the decrease ratio.

When Party B's customer stays at the hotel, Party B will charge the guest directly the room rate according to the price specified by Party A's fax.

All prices above include hotel service charges.

Second, the predetermined form

1. Party A shall fax the room reservation notice to Party B before the guest arrives at the store, and Party B shall confirm the return in writing according to the fax number on the order as soon as possible. In the event of a break between the sales department and the reservation department, Party A may directly book a room with Party B's main station. Party A shall simultaneously transmit the fax to the fax number designated by Party B, and wait for the normal working day to verify and sign the return confirmation to confirm the file.

2. Cancellation of reservation: Party B's _________ point is the normal retention time. After _________, Party A cancels the reservation and calls Party B by fax or telephone.

3. Party A's check-out time is 12:00 noon. If the guest requests a late check-out, Party B can satisfy the requirements of Party A as far as possible.

4. When Party A's request is directly requested from Party B, Party B shall continue to live at Party A's original fax reservation price and notify Party A in time.

5. If Party A cannot successfully check in due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall be responsible for the free upgrade to the guest or, if the guest agrees, arrange Party A to a hotel of the same price and above and the same price, the commission shall be refunded as usual.

Third, reservation check

The reconciliation of the reservations between the two parties shall be carried out in the following manner: Party A shall send the summary of the reservation form of the previous day and the table of the resident guests to the sales department of Party B on the morning of the next day, and Party B shall fill in the guest room number on the summary form of the reservation form. Fill in the date of the guest’s correct departure on the guest list of the resident and return to Party A in the afternoon.

Fourth, financial settlement

1. The difference in the room price sold by Party A is the result of Party A.

2. Party A will provide Party B with detailed information on the guest's check-in after the previous month's check-up. After the two parties have checked, the difference will be remitted by Party B to the designated account of Party A before the 15th of each month, and Party A will issue an invoice to Party B.

3. When there are discrepancies between the nights of the two parties, the bank's cashier record shall prevail. If there is a cross-month reservation, it will be recorded in the next month.

4. In order to encourage Party A to vigorously promote the room of Party B, the following incentive measures are formulated: Party A's quarterly reservation exceeds _________, and Party B's quarterly reward is _________ yuan/room.

Five, other

1. This contract is divided into two parts, each of which is responsible for each other.

2. This Agreement shall be valid until _________ years _________ months _________ days. The parties to the agreement shall not unilaterally suspend the agreement.

3. Party A and Party B shall not disclose the terms of this Agreement to third parties.

4. Both parties are responsible for all matters and operating procedures of this Agreement.

5. The matters not covered in this contract may be settled through negotiation between the two parties. If the parties have disputed the implementation of this contract and cannot resolve it by negotiation, they may apply to the _________ Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
