Both Party A and Party B decided to formally terminate the "House Rental Agreement" and Party A will provide appropriate financial compensation for the decoration of Party B. In order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, on the basis of equality and voluntariness, both parties have reached the following agreement on the compensation and other related matters through consensus:

The first specific compensation range

In view of the force majeure factor, the Housing Rental Agreement was forced to terminate, so the scope of the parties agreeing to compensate only includes the decoration loss of Party B.

The second specific compensation amount

Party A agrees to fully compensate the decoration invested by Party B. After both parties strictly review the decoration documents provided by Party B, both parties confirm that the specific amount of compensation is RMB _____ yuan.

Article 3 Payment of compensation

The parties agree that the above _________ yuan renovation compensation will be paid in the following manner:

3.1 Within 3 days after the signing of this Agreement, Party A shall pay _________ yuan to Party B;

3.2 Within 2 days after Party B officially begins to move, Party A shall pay _________ yuan to Party B;

Article 4: Relocation and House Transfer

Party B undertakes to start the relocation work after receiving the first payment of _________ yuan from Party A after signing this agreement, and promises to return the house to Party A within 15 working days after the relocation.

Article 5 Guarantee Terms

5.1 Both Party A and Party B undertake to obtain all necessary authorizations and approvals to sign and perform this Agreement.

5.2 Party A undertakes to pay the compensation in time according to the provisions of this Agreement. In case of overdue payment, the liquidated damages will be paid voluntarily in proportion to the daily payable amount of five ten thousandths.

5.3 Party B undertakes to complete the relocation work and return the house to Party A at the time agreed upon in this Agreement. In the event of overdue delivery, the liquidated damages will be voluntarily paid in proportion to the remaining receivables of five tenths of a day.

5.4 Before the house is returned, Party B's relocation action will avoid artificial damage to the house. Otherwise, it should bear the corresponding liability.

5.5 The parties warrant that the signing of this Agreement and the compensation to be taken shall not violate any of the laws and regulations in force in China, and shall not prejudice the lawful rights and interests of any other third party, and shall not be in any obligation with respect to any party under the law or the contract. Conflict with responsibility.

5.6 The parties undertake to perform their obligations under the other provisions of this Agreement.
