4. During the renovation period, the construction personnel shall enter and leave the community with the pass-through certificate issued by Party A, and obey the supervision and management of Party A. Party B shall be jointly and severally liable for the acts and consequences of the renovation and construction personnel.

5. During the decoration period, Party A will send personnel to supervise and manage the decoration in accordance with this Agreement, and Party B shall obey the supervision and management.

7. Party B shall comply with the following regulations when decorating:

5. Upon approval by Party A and relevant departments, and agreeing to Party B's demolition of auxiliary facilities such as hydropower pipelines, heating pipelines, gas pipelines, and cable TV lines, Party B shall ensure that the lines and pipelines are unblocked, and shall not affect the overall functions of the original facilities and the neighboring households. 6. It is forbidden to use high-noise power tools that exceed environmental regulations;

If the main structure of the damaged house is discovered and the illegal facilities are illegally demolished, the Party shall deduct a certain amount of the house loss compensation fee from the deposit, and the balance shall be returned to Party B within one month plus the current interest for the same period.

3. The standard for compensation for housing losses shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
