In order to better clarify the rights and obligations of the two parties in the cooperation, the two parties have entered into this contract through friendly consultations between the two parties in order to abide by and further cooperate.

First, the way of cooperation

Party B shall provide Party A with publicity and room reservation services on the Internet platform and the airport. Party A shall pay Party B the corresponding commission for the effective reservation provided by Party B.

Fourth, reservation confirmation

If Party A's room is full or the price changes, Party B must be notified in time.

5. Check-in and departure time

Check-in and departure time are all at 12 noon.

Sixth, payment method

1. When guests leave the store, the costs incurred must be paid at the front desk.

2. The following commission payment methods are optional: □ A provides Party B with a commission of _________% of the agreed price. □ Party A provides the agreed price and the suggested selling price. The difference between the two is the commission of Party B.

3. Party B shall fax the online booking settlement list to Party A before the 20th of each month. When there is any discrepancy between the reservations of both parties, Party A's cashier record shall prevail. Party A shall pay Party B a commission based on the settlement amount of the second paragraph of this Article for any turnover incurred by Party B's online reservation system in the current month before the 25th of each month.

4. Party B undertakes not to disclose the price of the third agreement of this contract to any third party in any form.

Seven, cancel

Party A will reserve the room reserved by Party B until 18:00 on the day of arrival, and the overdue room will not be reserved.

Eight, liability for breach of contract

The parties to the contract violate the provisions of this contract, which may result in dissent or disputes. The two parties shall settle the dispute through friendly negotiation. Any party has the right to file a lawsuit in the people's court of the residence of Party B.

Both parties have agreed to the above terms and conditions, and will become effective after signing and stamping. This contract is made in two copies, each party holding one. It has the same legal effect.
