Party A and Party B agree that Party B shall handle the house demolition of Party A. In order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, this contract is concluded in full consultation between the two parties in accordance with the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" and its relevant laws and regulations.

The first commission

Party A entrusts Party B to deal with Party B's demolition matters due to construction needs, including compensation for the relocated households, resettlement and other matters related to demolition.

Second fee and its payment

The payment for the demolition work of Party B is RMB _________ yuan. When Party B completes the _____% of the demolition work, Party A shall pay Party B _____% of the demolition expenses; when Party B completes the _____% of the demolition work, Party A shall pay Party B the demolition expenses ______%, and all completed ________ Pay all the demolition expenses to Party B

Article 3 Report

Party B shall make a written report to Party A in all matters during the demolition process. After the demolition work is completed as a whole, a written report with detailed explanation shall be given to Party A.

Article 4 Remuneration and payment

After Party B has properly completed all the matters entrusted to handle, Party A shall pay Party B a one-time payment of RMB ________ yuan within _______ after its completion. For natural reasons, if the force majeure factors such as government policies cause the cost contract entrustment to be completed, Party A will not pay this remuneration after paying Party B’s second actual expenses.

Article 5 Termination of Entrusted Affairs

If Party A decides to terminate the construction and demolition work, Party A may terminate this contract after compensation for Party B's expenses in engaging in this entrustment contract.

If Party B encounters the adjustment of the functions of its own unit and fails to perform this contract, Party B may terminate this contract after compensating Party A's corresponding losses.

Article 6 Liability for breach of contract

In the course of the performance of this contract, if Party A fails to pay Party B the entrusted transaction expenses of Article 2 of this contract, Party B may postpone the demolition work period. Party A shall pay the amount of the arrears after payment according to the contract. The interest is doubled to Party B.

In the course of the performance of this contract, Party A fails to pay Party B the payment of the entrusted affairs of Article 4 of this contract. Party A shall, after paying the contract in accordance with the contract, be liable to Party B for twice the interest of the bank during the same period. .

If Party B fails to complete the demolition work in accordance with this contract, Party B shall compensate Party A for the direct and indirect losses suffered thereby.

Article 7: Solutions to contract disputes

In the event of a dispute arising from the performance of this contract, both parties shall be resolved through consultation in a spirit of friendship. If the negotiation fails, either party may sue in the court where the contract is signed.

Article 8 Other Articles

If there is any outstanding matter in this contract, the two parties will reach a supplementary agreement through negotiation. The Supplementary Agreement is equally valid as this Agreement.

The demolition contract signed between Party B and the relocated households shall be stipulated in the terms of the “House Demolition Contract” provided by Party A to Party B. Otherwise, Party A shall be responsible for compensation for all direct and indirect losses.

This contract is made in two copies. The original contract is executed by both parties.
