In order to facilitate the settlement of water fees, and to meet the operational requirements of the bank's electronic funds instant clearing system, the two parties have signed the agreement as follows:
1. Party A shall read the water meter readings on a monthly basis and correctly calculate the water fee to settle accounts with Party B.
2. Party B shall pay all the water fees charged by Party A to the bank unconditionally. If Party B has any resistance to the metering performance of the water meter, it shall be handled in accordance with the “Regulations on the Implementation of the Regulations on Urban Water Supply and Water Conservation Management of _________ City”; if there is any protest against the water meter copying, Party A shall promptly re-inspect it with Party B.
3. Due to the lack of funds, cancellation of accounts, account freezing, or change of account name, bank account, account number, etc., Party A may not be able to collect funds through the bank in time. After receiving the notice from Party A, Party B shall go to Party A within the current month. The relevant procedures are handled at the location. Otherwise, it shall be handled in accordance with the Regulations on Urban Water Supply and Water Conservation Management of _________ City.
4. In order to change the agreement, you must notify the other party _________ months ago.
5. The outstanding issues are determined by mutual agreement.
6. This Agreement is in quadruplicate, and each of the Banks of Party A and Party B and the bank of the two parties shall each hold one copy.
