Distribution alliance agreement

As a non-profit management and service organization, Party A has reached the following agreement with Party B through its negotiation to join the _________ distribution alliance:
1. Party B voluntarily becomes a member of the _________ Distribution Alliance _________ Alliance and consciously abides by the _________ Distribution Alliance Management Regulations.
2. After joining the _________ distribution alliance, Party B shall pay the corresponding annual fee according to the level of its alliance members.
3. After Party B has joined the _________ distribution alliance, if it wants to obtain the services and resources provided by the _________ distribution alliance, it must provide the corresponding application materials according to the requirements of the management requirements of Party A's services. If Party B does not provide, Party A has the right to refuse Party B's application.
4. After submitting the application materials, Party B shall wait for Party A to review its materials. After Party A has reviewed and approved Party B's application materials, Party B shall notify Party B in writing of the corresponding services and resources within 5 days.
5. After receiving the resource allocation notice from Party A, Party B must use the resources it has applied for within 3 months. Otherwise, Party A has the right to recover the resources allocated to Party B and revoke its corresponding services.
6. When using Party A's IP address resources, Party B shall use the address reasonably and effectively in accordance with the provisions of the _________ distribution alliance. In addition, each time it is assigned an IP address to the customer, the _________IP address is assigned to the interim management regulations, and the alliance report is assigned to _________, otherwise _________ has the right to withdraw the IP address of the member of the alliance.
7. Party B shall consciously abide by Party A's management regulations regarding various services during Party A's service. If there is a violation of Party A's right to handle the relevant treatment according to the relevant regulations.
8. Party B shall consciously abide by the changes in Party A's policies caused by changes in _________ policies.
9. Other unfinished matters were resolved through negotiation between the two parties.
10. This agreement is made in two copies, one for each. This Agreement shall be implemented as of the date of signature.
