Article 1 The parties agree that all disputes arising from the collision of the ship __________ with the ship __________ at the __________ place on the ________________________________________________________________ The liability and the amount of compensation for damages shall be submitted to the China Maritime Arbitration Commission for ruling.

Article 2 The property preservation shall be carried out for the loss of the claim for compensation. The provision of a guarantee by the parties to the other party in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of this Article is not considered to have been recognized as a collision liability.

If the party provides a guarantee that fully complies with the provisions of the first paragraph, the other party may not apply to the court for the seizure of the ship and property owned by the other party.

Article 3 If either party does not reach an agreement on the first paragraph of Article 2 of this Agreement, or if the parties reach an agreement, but one party does not receive the guarantee provided by the other party, or the guarantee expires, Article 2, paragraph 3 of this Agreement will not apply.

Article 4 Both parties agree that the other party's collision damage shall be tested and given convenience.

Article 5 The arbitration procedure shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Rules of the China Maritime Arbitration Commission. The judgment of the Arbitration Commission is final and binding on all parties.

Article 6 Unless otherwise expressly agreed, this Agreement and the arbitration conducted under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Article 7 If there is any change in the name, address, fax number, telex number or postal code or code listed in the preface to this Agreement, the Chinese Maritime Arbitration Commission and the other party shall be notified immediately. Otherwise, all letters, files, etc. mailed by the address and faxes and telexes transmitted by that number shall be deemed to have been served if the Arbitration Board or the arbitral tribunal considers that it has exceeded a reasonable time.
