The main rights and obligations of both parties:
The hot side of the supply and demand should implement the rational use of thermal resources, give full play to the potential of equipment, and achieve safety and economic heat.
The person in charge of the hot side shall carefully implement the "Electricity and Heat Price" and other relevant laws and regulations.
1 Carefully implement the thermal installation and operation procedures, continuously take technical measures for the equipment, strengthen the maintenance, ensure the safe operation of the equipment, and make electricity for the project.
2 The heat unit should be strictly in accordance with the heat supply specified in this contract form. If you change the thermal properties or enhance the heat supply, you should go to the heating party to go through the relevant procedures. It shall not be used without the formal consent of the heating party. Otherwise, the user shall immediately deactivate and dismantle the privately-increased equipment. In addition to recovering the heat fee according to the regulations, the heating party shall impose a fine of __ times to __ and ___ yuan for the recovery of the heat fee.
