Party A and Party B agree to enter into this financial lease contract in accordance with the following terms.

First contract description

Party A shall, according to the needs and entrustment of Party B, purchase the leased items specified in Article 2 and lease them to Party B in accordance with the requirements of the name, quality, specifications, quantity and amount of the leased property provided by Party B, and lease by Party B.

Article 2 Name, quality, specification, quantity and amount of the leased property

Article 3 Delivery, acceptance, delivery location and place of use of leased property

1. The leased property is delivered by the supplier directly to the place of delivery specified by the lessee and delivered to the lessee.

2. After the leased property reaches the installation or use location, Party B shall inspect the leased item within the day and hand over the acceptance receipt of the leased item after signing and stamping to Party A.

3. If Party B fails to deliver the acceptance receipt to Party A within the following period, it shall be deemed that the leased item has been inspected and completed by Party B in complete and good condition, and Party B has deemed that Party B has delivered the acceptance receipt of the leased item to Party A.

4. If Party B finds that the quality, specifications, quantity, etc. of the leased item are inconsistent during the acceptance, if the situation is unsatisfactory or defective, Party B shall obtain the commodity inspection certificate from the commodity inspection department within the day after receiving the goods and immediately notify Party A in writing of the above situation. Party A will assist Party B to make representations and handle claims in accordance with the relevant provisions stipulated in the purchase contract signed with the supplier.

Article 4 Lease Term

1. Upon the signing of this contract, Party B shall pay Party A the margin amount agreed by both parties as a guarantee for the performance of this contract.

The lease deposit is not subject to interest and is returned to Party B at the end of the lease term or to all or part of the last installment.

If Party B violates any of the terms of this contract, Party A will deduct the amount that Party B should pay to Party A from the lease deposit.

2. Party B entrusts the economic guarantor of Party B as the contract. In any case, if Party B fails to pay the rent in accordance with the requirements of this contract, Party B's economic guarantor shall be jointly and severally liable according to Article 15 of the Economic Contract Law.

Article 7 Treatment of leased property at the end of the contract

That is to determine whether to rent out, renew, or to purchase.

If there is a dispute in the performance of this contract, the two parties shall resolve the dispute through negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may apply to the Economic Contracts Arbitration Commission of the Administration for Industry and Commerce for mediation or arbitration, or may appeal to the people's court.

Article 11 Other terms agreed by the parties

Article 12 The purchase contract concluded between the lessor and the supplier is an auxiliary file of this contract.

Matters not covered in this contract shall be settled through negotiation between the two parties.

This contract is effective as of the date of signing.

The original of this contract is made in two copies. It will take effect after the signature and seal of both parties. The two parties will each hold one copy and the copy will be sent to the department for record.
