1. The payment method adopts the buyer's credit method, that is, the ______ school affiliated to each county education bureau borrows from the bank as the principal of the loan, and is used for the office automation or “school-school communication” construction of Party A, and the total amount of borrowing is ______ yuan. The term of the loan is not more than three years. Party B is responsible for providing guarantees for the loans of the principals in the bank.

2. Party A shall pay off the construction automation or “school-to-school” construction funds to the principal of the loan. The proportion and time of repayment in each period shall be based on the loan contract signed by the principal of the loan and the Baoding Municipal Sub-branch of the Agricultural Bank of China.

3. Party A shall bear the responsibility for interest on the loan, penalty interest that may be generated, and so on. The breaching party will indemnify the other party in full due to the breach of contract.

4. Before Party A has not paid off the construction funds for the “School-to-School Connection”, Party A and Party B shall hold certain equipment ownership according to the repayment proportion. If the payment is overdue, Party A shall pay the remaining equipment amount _____% Liquidated damages. During this period, Party A is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is intact. If there is any abnormality, Party B shall be notified in time. If there is any loss or damage, Party A shall be responsible for compensation for the amount payable. After Party A has fully paid off the construction funds for the “School-to-School Connection”, the ownership of the equipment will be transferred to Party A.

5. This contract is signed by the legal representative of the legal representatives of the two parties, or the legal representative of the legal representative, and confirmed by Baoding City Education Information Center, and is stamped with the official seal of the respective unit or the special seal of the economic contract.

This contract is in duplicate, and both parties are responsible for each.
