Development cooperation agreement

In view of the fact that Party A has legally obtained the right to develop and construct _____________ projects, Party B has decided to participate in the project. In order to clarify the rights and obligations of Party A and Party B, Party A and Party B have reached the following agreements through friendly consultations:

I. Participation in the construction project: ______________ real estate development and construction project, which belongs to _________ new round of old district reconstruction project.

Second, participation in the construction and distribution:

Party B shall invest RMB _________ million in construction investment funds to Party A for the development and construction of this project. The specific development and operation work shall be undertaken by Party A, including work such as demolition, project construction and house sales.

Party A and Party B agree to allocate the seven-level residential housing to Party B according to the approved construction plan of the project. The income from the seven-level residential sales is the total income of Party B in the participating projects.

3. Party A and Party B agree that Party A shall be responsible for making up the income after the sale of the house sold by Party B is lower than the participation capital invested by Party B.

4. Party B shall, in accordance with the development and construction of the project, enter the above-mentioned investment funds into the account designated by Party A.

5. If there is a dispute arising from the performance of this Agreement, the parties shall settle it through friendly negotiation. When the negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the _______________ committee for arbitration.

6. This Agreement shall be in duplicate, and Party A and Party B shall each take effect and shall take effect from the date of signature and seal of the parties. Unfinished matters will be resolved through negotiation.
