First, the concept of cultivation.

1. The management team must grasp four key points, namely, effective vision management, establishment of working standards, reward and punishment, timely and humanized care.

3. Learn benchmarking management. Managers should be good at seeking external and internal benchmarks, identify gaps, and make improvements.
