In the past few years, I have taken on the heavy responsibility of every two tests. Always do a good job, no regrets.
First, diligent work, good at business "two basics" work is generally considered to be difficult by the education community, each time the "two basics" inspections are different, therefore, to complete the work with high standards, we must accurately grasp the work The key to grasping the problem, to ensure that there is no detour or less detours in the work, no mistakes, we must conscientiously understand the requirements of each inspection, and more to the district, the town "two basics" for the leadership to ask, work In case of problems, report to the higher level in a timely manner. Only in this way can we master the "two basics" work skillfully, and in accordance with the "two basics" work requirements in the unified deployment of districts and towns, combined with their own work ideas, we will coordinate the "two basics" work in the whole district.
The "two basics" work is complicated and complicated, and it is often necessary to concentrate on tackling the difficulties. It requires a full-time staff to work tirelessly. Whenever I encounter a task, whether it is a holiday or a night, I work overtime to ensure that the task is completed on time.
Second, grasp the key, accurate data "two basics" work is difficult in the data, involving a wide range, heavy workload, difficult to sort out the clue. Often reinvented because of guidance bias. I have grasped five "key points" in this inspection of the country:

4. Strictly grasp the logical relationship of various types of data. The first is to grasp the quasi-reports, and the second is to grasp the internal relationship between the various types of data. Only by understanding the relationship between the data can we ensure that there are no mistakes.
5, grasp the standard mark. In the mind, memorize the compliance of various indicators, and the indicators that have reached the standards are carefully compiled, and the improvement suggestions are not met or are lacking, and we actively implement them.
After grasping these five aspects, I made arrangements for the whole project. The "two-base" work in the whole film was in order, and there was never a disconnect between the two sides.
Based on these five key points, I carefully do every work step. In the census, the data is required to be accurate and checked one by one; when filling in the data, carefully check it in advance, and only form the formal form if it is correct.
